Affordable Bee Services is a family-owned operation built on three generations of bee removal experience and 12 years of commercial beekeeping. We specialize in humane live bee removal and relocation across Southern California.
Who We Are
Three Generations. One Mission.
Bee removal has been in our family for three generations. What started as a deep knowledge of bees passed down through the family grew into a full-service operation serving all of Southern California.
With 12 years of commercial beekeeping experience, we bring deep expertise in bee behavior, colony dynamics, and what it takes to remove a hive safely — for the homeowner and for the bees.
Every colony we rescue goes directly to our own apiaries in Banning, where it's cared for long-term. We also work alongside other professionals in the industry when they want to offer their customers a humane rescue option.

We don't just remove bees — we keep them. Every rescued colony goes directly to our own working apiaries, where it's cared for long-term.

Live removal and relocation is always our first priority for honey bees. We built our own custom bee vacuums specifically to keep colonies calm and intact during extraction.

We Stand Behind Our Work
We seal entry points properly and eliminate the pheromone trail so bees aren't attracted back to the same spot. Bee proofing work comes with a warranty.

Meet the Owner
Scott Duncan
Scott comes from a family with deep roots in bee removal — his father and grandfather were doing this work long before him. When his father retired his business in 2017, Scott branched off and started his own operation in 2018. What began as a small bee removal venture has since grown into the commercial operation that Affordable Bee Services is today.
With 12 years of commercial beekeeping experience, Scott leads a team of fully trained bee removal technicians that handle every job from the initial call to the final seal.
When he's not on a job, Scott is managing the apiaries in the San Gorgonio Pass, where every rescued colony ends up. That connection to the bees is what makes Affordable Bee Services different.
